Do you work alone?
I lead every project personally and bring in trusted crew, assistants and suppliers as the event requires.
Can you join an event we’ve already started planning?
Yes. I’m often brought in for the speaker programme or on-site operations only.
Do you work outside Croatia?
Yes, across Europe, in English and Croatian.
How far in advance should we book?
Conferences: ideally 2–3 months ahead. Offsites and year-end parties: 4–8 weeks. Short notice? Ask anyway.
Do you work with international event agencies as a local partner in Croatia?
Yes. I support international agencies and production teams with local event coordination, supplier communication, speaker management and on-site operations across Croatia. I can join your existing team for a specific workstream or provide broader operational support.
